Product Overview
JINYE cold rolling mills are used as the core reduction module in cold rolling line and turnkey rolling mill plant projects for stainless steel, silicon steel, and carbon steel. Mill type is selected around material deformation resistance, entry thickness, exit thickness, target tolerance, maximum coil weight, product mix, and automation level.
The engineering focus includes mill stand rigidity, roll system stability, gauge control, flatness feedback, tension zones, drive response, and electrical control integration. For plants running multiple grades, AGC/AFC and process recipes help improve changeover and stable production.
