Product Overview
JINYE strip cleaning lines are integrated with cold rolling mills, annealing lines, tension leveling lines, or downstream finishing lines inside continuous production line projects. Cleaning modules are configured according to oil load, surface grade, line speed, strip tension, drying target, automation interface, and workshop utilities.
Typical modules include entry tension control, alkaline or neutral degreasing, brushing, spray rinsing, cascade rinsing, squeezing, hot-air or air-knife drying, filtration circulation, and water-treatment interfaces.

Width and Speed Logic
For continuous strip cleaning, wider classes such as 1450-1780 mm are normally checked around 80-320 m/min, while narrower precision classes can reach 150-500 m/min when the strip is thin and the drying section, tension control, and threading stability are sufficient. Final speed is limited by surface cleanliness target, oil type, drying capacity, and water-mark control.
